  1. Just a quick comment for now…
You cant script bits like this:
Joe comes thru like he’s skyping at one end of a rusty tin can on a string…everyone’s lovin it…Nico says some humorous interpretation of Joe’s most recent quip and asks Joe ‘Was that it?’ To which Joe replies, crystal clearly, ‘I didnt hear it.’

    Genius.

Last year, i IM’d a co-worker about Too Manny Cooks. The reply i got 12.muns later was ‘Waht did i just watch?!?!’ I dont think he’s spoken to me since. 🙂

Great ep so far, fellas. More when i get to work.

  2. Awesome guest, guys! I’m really pullin’ for this. It’s a great idea. I’ve been toying with the idea of joining Marvel Unlimited, but if Comic Blitz can pull off adding Marvel and DC content, even muted amounts of it, that’d seal the deal for me. For sure it’s sweet that they have Valiant in there. It’d be sweet to see Image, Darkhorse…even Scholastic, which publishes some ‘educational’ graphic novels that are pretty sweet.

The New Warriors….oh man, that takes me back. Back to before Speedball went off the rails and became….whatever crazy monstrosity he became. The New Warriors and early X-Factor were the books that had some issues that I really thought about. I don’t recall what those ‘deep’ issues were, but they were the first times I started thinking about real things happening, not just how cool the art was or, ‘Holy crap that dude can change his fists into guns!!!!’

Fan request/suggestion: Advertise the Do-Review the week prior, then we (fans/listeners) can prep along with the other dudes and be more invested in your reviews of whatever was ‘Do’ne. Just a thought… 🙂

Great show, fellas. Really diggin’ all the guests this season.
