On this weeks tantalizing episode of Geek Cast Live, the boys interview the editor of All Things Geek, Alex Yarde, from the Good Men Project. We find out what the Good Men Project is all about, have a meaningful conversation about being a geek, talk about video games, and do another stunning hashtag review of The Walking Dead. Then we may or may not have accidentally in Cuba… So that’s a thing.
Tonight we talk video games with Steve “Shanghai Six’ Machuga founder of Operation Supply Drop! The Geek Cast Crew does another riveting, and probably unintelligible, hashtag review of The Walking Dead. Ryan talks about new ways to torture Rob involving Mario Kart, and Joe goes on a quest to find his spirit animal but, ends up having conversation with a cactus instead.
The Geek Cast crew has an incredible treat for you guys! This week we got Dr. Arnold Blumburg, Doctor of the Dead and Professor at the University of Baltimore, on the show and it’s a blast. We delve into the fantastic subject that is zombies and zombies in pop culture, and we even touch on Doctor Who, and the magnificent and magical universe that is Marvel. Also in this show we do another hashtag review of the Walking Dead, Ryan has a perfect segway (murdered by Joe, RIP), and Rob Bass tries to set a trend (Skrillexing, it’s all the rage).
The Geek Cast crew lets loose this week. We start of with another installment of our Hashtag Review of The Walking Dead. Following that we talk a whole lot of nonsense for the main segment covering everything from eggs, Marvel, and even the Cosmos. Bass goes on another sixty second rant about some awful movie called Dead Snow. Check it out!
DUCK! Nope, actually it’s a raven. Wayward Raven joins us for a fantastic episode giving us an update in the comic world, their latest productions, and the origin story of this legendary group. Rob wages a one man war on black coffee… It wasn’t pretty. Walking Dead gets another week of hashtag reviews. Don’t forget to check out the Geekery and see what’s been up our alley this week.
This week on Geek Cast Live, Joe and Ry trek through the perilous world of conspiracy theories. In Batman vs Superman, we have a free-for-all of epic proportion… Because Batman. Once again we get a complete summary of the Walking Dead, using only hashtags, of course. Can these two champion their geek flags and conquer this insurmountable challenge? Probably, because it’s already been recorded and posted. Enjoy!
Another great show! We had Aaron from In The Rabbit Hole, the survival podcast, school us on zombie apocalypse preparation. Harlem incidentally gives us a new dance move. Rob and Ry talk about their band days and discuss their impending post-apocalypse kingdoms, Joe asks some insightful questions, and Aaron teaches us how to sharpen a butter knife for maximum zombie killing efficiency.

This week we bring in Jason Pyles from the Donut Show, and Tj Cremeans from Pour Sports Live to honor our 16th President Abe Lincoln the only way we know how. By making jokes about his assassination and picking our 16th favorite things in a variety of different categories. We also give a spoiler free Walking Dead review using only hashtags, and clue everyone into what we have been geeking on this week in the #Geekery. Shenanigans and hijinks abound in arguably the best episode yet!
Here is a nice Gif. showing our support for Leo.

On this weeks thrilling podcast adventure; we three geeky sailors enjoy pleasant conversation over tea with co-host of the Donut Show and member of the Terror Troop Podcast, Willis Wheeler. He regales us with tales of bear fights, zombie hordes, and the lost grail of childrens toys and comics. Of course, no show involving the Geek Cast is complete with our outrageous, and some sort of fantastical, conversational rabbit holes. Enjoy, because we sure did.
