Interesting thought about a possible connection between elements of Baby Driver and Ant Man. My understanding is that Baby Driver actually started as Edgar Wright’s passion project more than 5 years ago… Jon Hamm has been a part of the project since its beginning. I haven’t actually researched this, though. It’s just what I’ve heard.
Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean he didn’t carry over any ideas from his work on Ant Man, but Baby Driver was its own project started way before Ant Man (the movie) was a thing.
